First English words through a clear, playful story
“English Phonics: Learn to Read” is a learning game for preschoolers and early primary children taking their first steps in English reading. The Snow Queen has frozen the letters and the animals, and each animal can only be freed by completing its word.
Children see a real animal photo, hear the whole word and each letter sound, then move the letters into place. This introduces English phonics inside real words and helps children notice that a letter does not always sound the same way it does in the alphabet.
Each learning activity is followed by a short challenge: read a word, match it to a picture or choose the right answer. Stars and rescued animals keep the journey moving, while the levels progress gently from very short words to words with seven or eight letters.
Three learning levels are available free. The complete game has 16 levels of increasing difficulty, unlocked with an in-app purchase. It also works offline, making it easy to practise at home or while travelling.
