Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications ("Apps") and the website cleverbit.net ("Site"), together referred to as the "Services", which are owned and operated by CLEVERBIT LTD ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. Many of our Apps are directed to children and are intended to be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement or are using the Services with appropriate parental consent and supervision.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features may require you to sign in through third-party services (e.g., Apple or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, RuStore, Microsoft Store, or Amazon Appstore). Refunds, if any, are handled according to that store's policies. For more details, see our Refund Policy below.

4. Advertising and Analytics

We may display ads within the Apps and use analytics tools to understand usage and improve the Services. In Apps directed to children, we do not permit behaviorally-targeted advertising. By using the Services, you consent to the use of cookies, identifiers, and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including artwork, puzzles, logos, trademarks, and source code) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services, except where a Service provides built-in sharing features for personal, non-commercial use.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or for any reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will cease immediately.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLEVERBIT LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Apps or our website.

12. Refund Policy

Refund requests for in-app purchases, including subscriptions, are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the App was downloaded. We do not offer direct refunds.
