Welcome to Puzzle Breeze™! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Puzzle Breeze™ mobile application ("App"), which is owned and operated by CLEVERBIT LTD ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may be required to create an account or sign in through third-party services (e.g., Apple, Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the platform provider (e.g., Apple or Google). Refunds, if any, are handled according to the store’s policies. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
We may display ads within the App, including personalized ads. We use analytics tools to understand usage and improve the App. By using the App, you consent to the use of cookies, identifiers, and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may upload your own images to create custom puzzles for personal use. These images are not stored in a public gallery or shared database.
You retain ownership of your content. If you choose to share your puzzle through social media or messaging apps, you are responsible for the content you share.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to features if misuse is detected.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including puzzles, artwork, logos, trademarks, and source code) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
However, you are permitted to share completed puzzle images via the App’s built-in sharing features (e.g., social media sharing), solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or for any reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will cease immediately.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLEVERBIT LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or our website.
Refund requests for in-app purchases, including subscriptions, are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the App was downloaded (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not offer direct refunds.
