Privacy Policy for Puzzle Breeze™

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Puzzle Breeze™ mobile application (the “App”) and the website puzzlebreeze.com (the “Site”). CLEVERBIT LTD (“we”) is the controller of the personal data described here. The App is not directed to children under 13.

2. Data We Process

• Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers including the advertising identifier where permitted, app interactions and session data, approximate location derived from the IP address.
• Purchase data: information about in-app purchases.
• Site data: our own analytics, without cookies, records page views and how visitors reach the Site; with your consent, Google Analytics uses cookies to record page views and interactions, together with your IP address and browser and device data.

We use this data to provide, analyse and improve the App, to show ads (personalized only where you consent) and to process purchases.

3. Legal Bases

• Your consent, for personalized advertising where required and for Google Analytics cookies on the Site.
• Performance of a contract, to provide the App and purchased features.
• Legitimate interests, for analytics, non-personalized advertising and fraud prevention.

4. Recipients

Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Analytics), Unity Technologies (Unity engine services used by the App) and the app stores (Google, Apple).

5. International Transfers

Some recipients process data outside the European Economic Area. Where the law requires it, such transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses. Information about these safeguards is available on request (see section 9).

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Analytics and advertising data is kept for the retention periods set in the providers’ services. Our own analytics keeps individual page views for 25 months.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on the circumstances and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent to personalized ads at any time in the App’s consent settings, and to Google Analytics cookies through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the Site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests.
